Minuteman International Plans To Consolidate Office, In Long Overdue Company Restructuring

Minuteman International, a member of the Hako group of companies, a worldwide leader in industrial cleaning products, has announced that it will relocate its Addison, IL headquarters to Hampshire, IL in a plan to consolidate its northern Illinois offices.

“Minuteman International is pleased to announce the consolidation and move of our headquarters to Hampshire, IL,” said Rudi Gutmann, president and CEO of Minuteman. “This will allow us the future growth and expansion necessary to compete in this global market, while reducing costs, and improving efficiency.”

The Minuteman consolidation process will start immediately with the development and growth of Minuteman’s Hampshire location. Management has decided to move forward with an unchanged strategy on their name brand machines and services consisting of Minuteman, PowerBoss and Multi-Clean. Minuteman has also announced that other locations such as Shoreview, MN (Multi-Clean) and Aberdeen, NC (PowerBoss) will also remain unchanged. During this consolidation process an unavoidable lay-off of approximately 40 employees is inevitable.
