Afflink Hires New Canadian Business Development Manager
AFFLINK, a sales and marketing organization in the industry, has hired Andrew (Drew) Armstrong as its Canadian Business Development manager. Armstrong will focus on developing the sales and operational growth of the company’s expanding Canadian business, contributing to AFFLINK’s global market expansion.
In his role as Canadian Business Management manager, Armstrong’s primary responsibilities will centre on communicating AFFLINK’s unique approach to network marketing, leveraging the dynamic capabilities of the independent distributor and delivering exceptional growth and stability to suppliers, all while connecting global, multi-location end-users to AFFLINK’s total value proposition.
Armstrong brings to AFFLINK a well-respected name in the Canadian jansan industry, and will work as a resident of Canada – a first for AFFLINK. Most recently, Armstrong was vice president of Sales and Marketing for Armstrong Manufacturing Inc., a trusted family business in Mississauga, Ont. Armstrong developed and managed the new sales and marketing strategies for the company’s brand and custom brand interests, and supported their multi-national contract manufacturing business. Recently, Armstrong successfully launched and institutionalized a comprehensive in-house EcoLogo™ Certified line of Environmentally Preferred Cleaning products and sustainable cleaning systems.
Prior to this, Armstrong held various management and sales responsibilities that included new business development, sales and marketing support, and new product management at Armstrong Corporation in Toronto, Ont.
Armstrong received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from York University in Toronto, and has taken this position with AFFLINK in support and dedication to his wife, young daughter and son, who all enjoy spending time together near Parry Sound, Ont.
