Truss Stay Roof-Installation Tool Invented
InventHelp has announced that two of its
clients, inventors from St. Cloud,
Fla., have designed a tool that
would facilitate roof installation.
The TRUSS STAY would ensure that a truss
remains stationary during roof installation, which could enhance a contractor’s
accuracy and productivity. The invention would eliminate the need for a user to
improvise such a tool on-site. Designed for easy, hassle-free use, the TRUSS
STAY would feature a portable, compact design.
One inventors’ professional experiences in
carpentry led to the development of the TRUSS STAY. “I needed an easier and
more efficient method of installing sheeting onto new roofs,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the
Orland office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to
manufacturers or marketers. For more information, write Dept. 05-DIS-1350, InventHelp, 217 Ninth St., Pittsburgh,
