Deb Resolves Foam Soap Patent Litigation with
GOJO
DEB Group Ltd. sued GOJO Industries Inc.
and Airspray International Inc. in the United States District Court for
infringement of U.S. Patents Nos. 5,445,288 and 6,082,586. The case has been
pending for several years and has recently been resolved by agreement of the
parties.
“We are pleased to come to an agreement
with GOJO that brings an end to the litigation and by which GOJO has accepted a
license under Deb Group’s U.S. Patent Nos. 5,445,288 and 6,082,586,” said Deb
Group CEO, Bryan Anderson.
