Nedlaw Roofing Wins GVCA Building Excellence Award 

OIRCE member Nedlaw Roofing was recently awarded with the Grand Valley Construction Association (GVCA) Building Excellence Award. 

The company was recognized for its contribution to four winning projects:

  • Home Hardware Warehouse Phase II, St. Jacobs, Ont. – Industrial – over $10 million – by Melloul-Blamey Construction Inc.
  • Research in Motion (RIM) 10, Waterloo, Ont. – Commercial – over $10 million – by Academy Construction (1996) Ltd.
  • The Elliot Home, Guelph, Ont. – Commercial – over $10 million – by Melloul-Blamey Construction Inc.
  • Waterloo School of Architecture, Cambridge, Ont. – Restoration/Conversion – by Alberici Constructors Ltd.
