DECRA INTRODUCES NEW AND IMPROVED
INSTALLATION GUIDE
DECRA Roofing Systems has introduced its
new and improved installation guide. The new, 20-page guide is a comprehensive
resource that provides detailed information regarding the installation of any
DECRA roof system.
The new guide offers step-by-step
instructions for the installation of DECRA’s complete line of quality stone
coated steel roofing products and accessories. The first portion of the guide
describes an installation using battens, while the second half explains a
system that is installed directly to the roof deck without the use of battens.
In conjunction with the detailed
instructions, the new installation guide features architectural drawings that
provide contractors with accurate visualizations of the entire installation
process, including flashing details. The guide also explains the deck
preparation for a variety of roofing situations and outlines all of the
required safety equipment and tools that are needed for the installation of a DECRA
roof system.
“The new guide is intended to be an
easy-to-use resource that will help any contractor install our roof systems
more effectively and efficiently,” said DECRA Zone Manager, Tony Tiapon. “This
guide makes the installation of a DECRA roof system simple and hassle-free.”
DECRA’s stone coated steel roofing panels
will not crack, burn, curl, split or rot. With the highest ratings in the
industry – Class A rated material and Class 4 impact resistant – DECRA panels
