The Government of Canada has just published a web site with information on Pandemic Preparedness. The site gives viewers one-stop access to information from Government of Canada departments and agencies on pandemic influenza. The web site is located at www.pandemicinfluenza.gc.ca.

 

The Canadian Manufacturers Association also has detailed information their site – www.cme-mec.ca . Simply click on “Pandemic.”

 

The World Health Organization (WHO) – www.who.int - is also a valuable tool. Just key in “pandemic preparation and cleaning” and the “Search” box and you will be linked to dozens of papers on the subject.

 

The Canadian Sanitation Supply Association recently sponsored a teleclass produced by Webber Training, on Sanitation & Hygiene in Food Processing.
