Kaivac Adds Three Manufacturer’s Rep Group

Kaivac Inc., a leading manufacturer and originator of the No-Touch Cleaning™ system, has announced that three major manufacturer’s rep groups have been hired to represent the company in Canada.

The three, which are some of the largest and most respected in Canada, are:

  1. REV Sales and Marketing Inc., which will represent the company in western Canada.
  2.  Kaivac System Canada Inc., Pierre-Luc St. Pierre, Que.
  3. Riches Associates, which has offices in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver.

Kaivac developed the No-Touch Cleaning system nearly 10 years ago. With this system, systematically diluted cleaning chemicals are applied to dirty surfaces; the same areas are blast-rinsed – to loosen soils – and then vacuumed to totally remove contaminants. Originally developed for restroom cleaning, it is now used for a wide-range of cleaning tasks.

“Kaivac is very impressed with these organizations and know they will help us as we make a significant push into the Canadian market,” said Kevin Mullins, Kaivac’s director of sales for Canada. “These groups hire trained professionals, who are knowledgeable, motivated, service-oriented, and well-aware of the latest cleaning technologies.”

According to Rod Peacock, president of REV Sales and Marketing, and past president of the Canadian Sanitation Supply Association (CSSA), “We prefer to represent progressive-thinking manufacturers with innovative products. No one says that better than Kaivac.”

Similar comments were made by representatives of Kaivac System Canada and Riches Associates. All three companies also added that along with representing Kaivac in Canada, they will include extensive training on the use of Kaivac products for local distributors as well as their customers. “Field support and training are keys to success with any product line,” Mullen said. “And, training and education have always been a top priority at Kaivac.”
