Women In Food Industry Management’s Entrepreneur Of The Year Award
Debra Bradshaw, technical consultant at Zep
Manufacturing, has been presented with the Women in Food Industry Management’s
(WFIM) Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Bradshaw has been involved in the food
industry for 11 years as a technical consultant with Zep Manufacturing. She was
selected for the award because of enlightened management, responsible
leadership and the importance of her personal contributions to Women in Food
Industry Management.
Bradshaw is also author of The Food Newz,
and industry-related publication that reaches people in the food industry
across Canada. The e-newsletter highlights events, training opportunities,
tradeshows and web sites of interest to the food processing industry. It allows
readers to find information on what’s happening in the food industry in a
glance through a conveniently laid-out Internet publication.
Additionally, Bradshaw sits on the Board of
Directors for the Ontario Food Protection Association, and supports
organizations such as Big Brothers and Big Sisters in their annual fund raising
events.
